Terms and Conditions of Ticket Purchase - All Telehealth and Epic Center

1. Authorized Ticket Sales Agent

Epic Center is the official organizer and All Telehealth is the promoter of the event. All tickets sold through our platform represent a contract between the attendee and the promoter, All Telehealth, which is responsible for logistical and technical aspects of the event, including visibility, comfort, acoustics, accessibility, and other relevant details.

2. No Refund Policy
Refunds are not permitted for previously purchased tickets. Inability to attend the event or errors made during ticket purchase are not valid reasons for a refund. Tickets may only be canceled and refunded in specific cases, such as event cancellations or date changes, and only if All Telehealth issues an express order to proceed with the refund.

3. Ticket Resale
The illegal resale (or attempted illegal resale) of a ticket constitutes sufficient cause for the confiscation or cancellation of said ticket, with no entitlement to a refund or any other type of compensation.

4. Ticket Usage Restrictions
A ticket may not be used for advertising, promotions, contests, or gambling unless All Telehealth provides formal written authorization. The use of any intellectual property, trademarks, or logos of All Telehealth or Epic Center is also subject to their express consent.

5. Event Changes
Any changes related to the event, such as date modifications, location, or program adjustments, will be the sole responsibility of All Telehealth. If modifications occur, we will notify attendees via email and post the information on our website to keep ticket holders appropriately informed.

6. Venue and Event Rules

This ticket is issued in accordance with the rules and regulations of Epic Center and All Telehealth as the event promoter. Violation of any of these rules, or any unacceptable act that may cause harm or distress, grants Epic Center or All Telehealth the right to expel the attendee from the venue without a refund.

7. Responsibility for Lost or Stolen Tickets
Neither All Telehealth nor Epic Center will be held responsible for lost or stolen tickets once they have been issued.

8. Recording and Photography Equipment
The unauthorized use of photographic or recording equipment is prohibited. Unauthorized recordings may be destroyed. Additionally, the use of laser pointers, mobile phones, outside food and drink, and other unauthorized devices may be restricted during the event.

9. Personal Belongings
All Telehealth, Epic Center, and any associated event vendors are not responsible for the loss or damage of attendees’ personal belongings.

10. Consent for Recording and Use of Image
By attending the event, attendees grant their consent to be recorded, photographed, or filmed by All Telehealth or its associates. These recordings may include images of attendees as part of the audience and may be used for promotional and advertising purposes. By purchasing a ticket, the attendee agrees to the use of their image for these purposes without additional compensation.

11. Ticket Quantity Restrictions
For certain events, ticket quantities may be limited to a maximum per person, credit card, or family. If purchases exceed the permitted limit, All Telehealth reserves the right to cancel any tickets exceeding this number without prior notice.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes arising from the purchase of tickets or attendance at the event will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Texas.

13. Severability Clause
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, such provision shall be considered omitted, while the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
